If the size does not fit or the item is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
• Baby care, hygiene products and opened toys cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Refunds for Khalti payments are sent back to your Khalti wallet.
